President's Message
First, I wish to express my deepest sympathy to everyone who has suffered under these extraordinary and protracted circumstances, and my sincere gratitude to those working tirelessly to fight the spread of the pandemic.
Haper Japan Sdn. Bhd. [1016326-X] (HAPER) was registered on 11th of March 2019. The name “Haper” is the combination of both the founders and actually means “hope” in Nordic language. It is our strong hope, desire and commitment to share with your goodselves leading renown Japanese products to ASEAN and mainly Malaysian Market. In 2019, we kick off our long-term plan in positioning ourselves as a pivotal partner with renown Japanese manufacturers to embark and pursue business development within the ASEAN region in particular the Malaysian market. Although Haper which was established in 2019 with a modest 2 persons workforce, Haper have since been appointed as the sole distributor of ISTYLE Co., Ltd. (Istyle) Products for Asean and Malaysia and Teijin Frontier Co., Ltd. (Teijin Frontier) agent for Malaysia.
In the fabric industry, Haper have worked closely with several local companies and government ministries / agencies in successfully securing Teijin’s fabric specification in for The Royal Malaysian Police, The Royal Malaysian Navy, Malaysian Prison, etc. Currently Haper is working closely with several government ministries / agencies, namely; (a) JABATAN BOMBA DAN PENYELAMAT MALAYSIA, KEMENTERIAN PERUMAHAN DAN KERAJAAN, (b) JABATAN PENJARA MALAYSIA, KEMENTERIAN DALAM NEGERI, (c) POLIS DIRAJA MALAYSIA, KEMENTERIAN DALAM NEGERI, (d) KEMENTERIAN PERTAHANAN, (e) AGENSI PENGUATKUASAAN MARITIM MALAYSIA, (f) KEMENTERIAN DALAM NEGERI, (g) JABATAN KASTAM DIRAJA MALAYSIA, KEMENTERIAN KEWANGAN, (h) JABATAN PENGANGKUTAN JALAN, KEMENTERIAN PENGANGKUTAN MALAYSIA, (i) SURUHANJAYA PENCEGAHAN RASUAH MALAYSIA, (j) DEWAN BANDARAYA KUALA LUMPUR, (k) KEMENTERERIAN PERDAGANGAN DALAM NEGERI DAN HAL EHWAL PENGGUNA, (l) KEMENTERIAN KESIHATAN, etc.
In the cosmetic industry, Haper have responded well to the consumers’ digital purchasing lifestyles. However, Haper responds to the fact that at digital platform counterfeit products especially renown Japanese products are sold hence Haper is also focussing to work closely with local retail partners.
Haper believe in working closely with his business partners in developing Japanese prducts in Malaysia and ASEAN region.
